This monthly subscription gives you access to sign up for unlimited Stretch Your Inner Dragon (Yin Yoga) & Regenerate Your Inner Dragon (Breathwork) classes.

Can’t attend the classes at the scheduled times? No Problem!

Classes are held Live on Zoom and recorded.

Anytime you sign up for a class, you will receive a link to the recording of that class by email after the session. You will have access for up to 36 hours (3 days) after the session to enjoy the class at your leisure.

Please note that with the Subscription students can either be automatically registered to all classes each month, or they are able to register for the classes listed above. If a student chooses to register on their own, then they must register/sign up for each class they are interested in attending in order to receive a link to access the class and/or the link to the recording afterwards.

With this offer, you will receive access to all Yin Yoga & Strong/Gentle Breathwork Classes for a full month. This is not a subscription and will not be renewed after one month unless you elect to sign up for a Dragon Pass Membership Package or choose to purchase additional classes or Monthly Passes

This package is for members enrolled in the Nervous System Alchemy Program.
