Restore Your Inner Dragon - Yin Yoga

This is a Live online Yin Yoga session designed to target muscles that will facilitate most optimal breathing in addition to providing the whole body with a well-deserved release for all of the work it does for us each and every day. This class is designed around slow mindful movement of the body and can be accessible for most individuals. Poses are offered with various options to ensure each pose can be accomplished regardless of an individuals experience level.

Diaphragmatic breathing can be beneficial for managing stress, pain, and an array of other physiologic imbalances, but is not always easily accessible in the presence of muscle tightness that may interfere with proper function of the muscles required for respiration (Intercostal muscles, Diaphragm, and other respiratory accessory muscles). This class is designed to leverage mindful stretching to release some degree of this tightness. Ultimately, the reduction of interference with the respiratory support muscles allows for greater ease to take in a more full, complete breath translating to more optimal diaphragmatic breathing.

This Live online class is designed to leverage a variety of breathwork techniques to clear the mind, destress and find inner calm. This session is intended to be gentler and more relaxing throughout. It begins with practicing techniques aimed to release some of the stresses of the day and closes with a guided breathwork session aimed to bring about self-awareness and calm to the mind. At times we may even close with a mini Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) session.

This Live online class is designed to leverage a variety of breathwork techniques to clear the mind, destress and find inner calm. This session is intended to be gentler and more relaxing throughout. It begins with practicing techniques aimed to release some of the stresses of the day and closes with a guided breathwork session aimed to bring about self-awareness and calm to the mind. At times we may even close with a mini Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) session.

This is an IN-PERSON Yin Yoga class!

Please wear something comfy and bring your favorite yoga mat and bottle of water.

Class will be at John D. Morgan Park in Campbell, CA

Please come 10 mins early to ensure you find where we are practicing on the grass.

* IMPORTANT (please read about location below!) *

The address for John D. Morgan Park is technically 540 Rincon Ave, Campbell CA, however please DO NOT use that entrance. INSTEAD please use the entrance closest to the intersection of Budd Ave & San Tomas Expy. This is a REALLY big park and our practice will be much closer to this entrance. There are also public restrooms available in the park nearby.
