FREE Restore Your Inner Dragon - Yin Yoga Session

This is a Live online Yin Yoga session designed to target muscles that will facilitate most optimal breathing in addition to providing the whole body with a well-deserved release for all of the work it does for us each and every day. This class is designed around slow mindful movement of the body and can be accessible for most individuals. Poses are offered with various options to ensure each pose can be accomplished regardless of an individuals experience level.

Diaphragmatic breathing can be beneficial for managing stress, pain, and an array of other physiologic imbalances, but is not always easily accessible in the presence of muscle tightness that may interfere with proper function of the muscles required for respiration (Intercostal muscles, Diaphragm, and other respiratory accessory muscles). This class is designed to leverage mindful stretching to release some degree of this tightness. Ultimately, the reduction of interference with the respiratory support muscles allows for greater ease to take in a more full, complete breath translating to more optimal diaphragmatic breathing.
